    Louis Guarino is the director of Capacity Management and the Nursing Staffing Office at HackensackUMC. In our 775-bed hospital, his primary role is to improve patient flow and decrease patient length of stay. Before joining HackensackUMC, he was vice president of nursing at Lutheran Medical Center where he directed the Department of Emergency Services, Critical Care, Women’s and Children’s Services and Respiratory Therapy.   • Linda StantonLinda Stanton

    Linda Stanton began her career at HackensackUMC in 1978, working in General Pediatrics as a staff nurse. She then joined the pediatric hematology/oncology program when it migrated from Mt. Sinai in 1986. A year later, she was promoted to the position of nurse manager. In 1992, she was instrumental in opening the Pediatric Special Care Unit, which has expanded to a 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). (Read More)

Prior to joining HackensackUMC, Dr. Colella held administrative positions, as the director of Surgical Services, the vice president of Nursing, and board-certified nurse practitioner with prescriptive privileges since 1998.
